GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT SHIPPING:

Your order has been placed, and we are getting to work for you. Our aim is to ship the order within 48 hours. In some cases, we may be dependent on external factors, such as the volume of orders and third parties. We have a delivery time of 1-5 days.

International Shipments:
For deliveries outside the country, customs duties, taxes, and other charges may apply, which are not included in the indicated total price.

Payment Methods:
We accept payments through Mollie (iDEAL, Credit Card, Bancontact, SOFORT Banking).

In-Stock Products:
Almost all the products we offer are available for immediate delivery from our stock.

In cases of insufficient stock, custom orders, large quantities, or deviations from standard quantities, we will contact you within 1 business day to inform you of the current delivery time.

Delivery Time:
In situations where a shorter delivery time is desired, we are happy to work with you within our capabilities to accommodate your request. In that case, please contact us for further discussion.

Transport:
Our products will be delivered to the address you provided as quickly as possible after receiving your order and payment. Our standard packaging is in boxes.

Box packaging is not waterproof and should not be stored outside or on wet surfaces. After unloading, the boxes should be stored in a covered and dry area.

We deliver the products via the parcel service to the nearest paved road near your specified delivery address.

Due to the volume or weight of an item, it may require more than one person to lift or unload. In addition to our driver, at least one additional person may be needed to unload the products.

If you are not present at the agreed-upon delivery time and the driver cannot unload the products, they will be returned to our central warehouse. We will then contact you to arrange a new delivery appointment. For redelivery, we will charge the fixed transportation costs associated with your region (even for deliveries that were initially free of charge).

Right of Withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the delivered products, please contact us. We may be able to find a solution.
